The Housing & Care Decisions Workshop Series is a hands‑on program that helps older adults and families plan proactively—long before a crisis limits choices. 

Through nine interactive sessions at The Estuary (with one offsite visit), you’ll learn by doing: completing assessments, exercises, and planning tools that build toward a clear, personalized Housing & Care Plan.

You’ll clarify your vision for aging well, evaluate your current home, explore living options, understand care levels and costs, simplify through guided downsizing, strengthen home safety, learn the steps involved in selling a home, and build a solid financial and legal foundation. You’ll also hear real stories from peers who have navigated these same decisions.

Participants receive all five books in the Aging in the Right Place series to support their learning.
